“Respect and honor your dreams. There is quite a variety, and some of these are just a grand purging of situations from the past, anger from the day, exhaustion, or what have you.

“There are a lot of extra thoughts, for example, when you are working hard and thinking about ten thousand things at one time, and you can’t finish everything in one day. You go to sleep at night and have a restless night and strange dreams, and that’s really one way to purge yourself of all the excesses; really releasing a lot of toxic energy that you have built up inside of yourself.

“If you do want to avoid this in your life, you don’t want to go through that experience because it’s not very comfortable, you just sit at the side of your bed at the end of a particularly exhausting day and release the energy from the center of your palms down to the floor, and simply allow for it to drain out of you, i.e. the static electricity that builds up in your body. This static can cause restlessness, panic, fear, paranoia, and it can cause certain cancers. So, you get rid of it instead of holding on to it, and you’ll feel much better in the morning.”
