I don't know whether you have ever read the disclaimers and information regarding Private Sessions with Dr. Peebles. But, recently it came to my attention that there are some people who are mistaking a session with Dr. Peebles as being a psychic reading. If you read my disclaimer page, you will see "This is not a psychic reading." That's not to say that Dr. Peebles won't be specific with you about details of your life, and even on occasion mention a name or two that you know about. It doesn't mean that Dr. Peebles is not prophetic. His "predictions" of 9/11, Katrina, numerous earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and a tsunami are pretty obvious indications that he knows what's coming up for us. He has also told people, "Go visit your mother NOW. She is about to pass away." And in so doing, he has provided people with the opportunity to finish up karmic relationships, say their goodbyes, make amends, and proceed with their lives with a clean and clear conscience. But, still, this is not a psychic reading. This is a consultation with Spirit, and it's all about love. Dr. Peebles is here as a teacher. He is not out to "prove" his existence to anyone. He won't play the manipulative games that people love to play, such as, "Dr. Peebles, can you tell me the name of my second grade teacher?" Well, yeah, maybe. If the channel will allow for the name to come through. (It's one of the areas that I'm aware I do block, simply because I'm just terrible with names myself. It doesn't mean he hasn't been specific with names, however. I'm just being honest here.) In this case, there's not a snowball's chance in hell that Dr. Peebles is going to take the bait. In fact, this was an actual question asked of Dr. Peebles many years ago, and he responded, "Certainly. If you will tell me the name of my second grade teacher." And then he proceeded to explain, "I'm just teasing. I don't need to validate YOUR existence. I know you exist."
You see, the illusion of separation is OUR obstacle to overcome. And, how are we to do that? With faith and trust. Nothing irritates me more than people who waste my time in trance by "testing" Spirit. In my opinion: what a ridiculous waste of their $200! Here's an incredible opportunity to work with an enlightened being, get some counsel about how to live a better life; how to become like the lighthouse and guide others safely to the shore of love. And yet, someone will spend their time trying to get Dr. Peebles to speak the name of their deceased Uncle, or tell them the name of their own wife. Huh? (Someone did this to me when I was doing a psychic reading. I asked for the name of this guy's wife so that I could "find" her, and answer his question, and the guy said, "Aren't you the psychic? Shouldn't you know that?" I said, "Okay...we can waste your 30 minute session while I fish around for you wife's name, or you can tell it to me and we can move forward." Honestly, why would I need someone to tell me that I have a white Maltese dog named Cosmo? I already KNOW that!) You see, Dr. Peebles is all about universal truths. He is all about helping us to get out of our minds, and drop into our hearts. As he says, "We speak the Language of the Heart. You try to understand it with the language of the mind. Until you drop into your heart space, you cannot understand what we are saying." In other words, Dr. Peebles does not give us fish, he teaches us how to fish. It makes me think about Jesus Christ. In fact, it makes me think about the song in the movie "Jesus Christ Superstar" in which Pontius Pilate sings, "If you are the Christ, the great Jesus Christ, prove to me that you're no fool; walk across my swimming pool." And another line: "Prove to me that you're divine; change my water into wine." No doubt in my mind: Jesus could have "proven" himself; could have called upon a Band of Angels to get him off of the cross. But He loved us so much, that he had "loving allowance for all things to be, in their own time and place." And, "increased communication, with all of life, with respect." (Think, "Forgive them Father, they know not what they do.") And, certainly, His life was a creative adventure, and through His choices and perceptions He did, indeed, create His own reality. He was like the lighthouse: and for 2012 years, He has been guiding others safely to the shore of love, by teaching us how to fish, not giving us fish, by leaving a legacy of words that still have people talking. If Dr. Peebles had actually told that woman the name of her second grade teacher, do you really think it would have made a difference in her life? Would she suddenly have fallen to her knees in deep understanding that there is life after death, and that God's love is real and constant? There's no guarantee. And, I would have to say, "No way." How can I say that? Because in the 17 years that I have been doing this work, I have seen some pretty remarkable things. I used to do full body channeling, in which dearly departed loved ones would use my body to speak and communicate directly with family members. They would come through with personal traits, asking for a cup of tea with cream, if that's what they used to drink in life. Once spirit actually wondered why his family didn't have beef jerky on the table for him, as they always did when he was alive! They spoke of specific times together, reminiscing about the past, talking about the way that they had lived and died. Unfortunately, once I quit channeling dearly departed loved one, it turned out that many of my clients had not found any real comfort or solace in having spoken directly and verifiably to their loved ones. Some clients even became angry, and felt that they had to re-experience their loved ones death again, since they could no longer have that contact through me. In other words, I was giving them fish, not teaching them how to fish. So many things change when we finally surrender to Truth, which is in my opinion, that God's love is constant; life is eternal; death is an illusion. If we could all embrace these things, we would likely spend a lot more time loving and uplifting each other, and celebrating this very short time on earth, than fighting and lauding "death" over one another. I know, I know. I can be a little bit harsh at times. I realize that most of my clients (probably you) are definitely on the path; serious students of the Divine, who know that life is a quest for love. But, if you are seeking a psychic reading, go to a psychic. There's certainly nothing wrong with doing that. I've been to psychics before. In fact, I worked as a psychic for a few years. However, if you want a spiritual education, talk to Dr. Peebles; pray to God; talk to the angels. Open yourself up to receiving light, love, inspiration and truth. Reach beyond the confines of the earth, body and mind. Learn the Language of the Heart. Be vulnerable to God's love and lessons; surrender to His love. Become like the lighthouse and guide others safely to the shore of love. Stop waiting for proof, and realize the God's love is evidential. You have to live the truth in order to experience it; not vice versa.

I just had a session with Dr. Peebles. He gives you a way to go after what you want, how to perceive it. He was aware that I knew a lot of these "truths" but he was urging me to wipe away the doubts, use my imagination, and see matters in a different way. I found it a valuable experience.
