One of my clients, a woman over 60 years old, had incredible results from this. She had suffered for years with irritable bowel syndrome, and the symptoms diminished, then disappeared. Her husband swore she was looking younger everyday.

Take a few fresh turnips, peel them, cut them into pieces, and boil them until they are mush. Mash them up with your fork, and then eat 1/4 cup (up to 1 full cup) everyday at 3:00 at room temperature. Eat them on an empty stomach, with no salt, no butter or anything on them. Drink lots of water with this mini meal. (You'll acquire a taste for them after awhile.) That's it!
