Dr. Peebles through Summer Bacon

Question: You speak about dissolving the illusions of separation, which I understand. And actually, if there is no separation when we make a request of God (when we put that prayer out) if there’s only Oneness, then to whom are we asking? And is that actually self, i.e. one and the same?

Dr. Peebles: Yes, it very much is, my dear. But at the very same time it’s not like, for example…(and the best we can put it for you to understand on the earth)
it’s a different awareness where I exist; it’s remarkable. There is even more, if you will, activity [than on earth]. There is more awareness of other aspects,  other characters. Even mythological characters that you think  do not exist, exist where I exist. There are the many rather than the few. So there is a lot of activity, and individuals, but all of us know very much that we are interconnected. We understand how important it is to keep increasing communication with one another, because that’s how we stay alive, you see?

So for a moment here, think of your body. And, when your heart is stressing and straining, the rest of the body is feeling it. When your little toe hurts, the rest of your body heals it. And so you want to have good communication within your physical form. You feel there is oneness there, because you’re a whole person. You can’t walk this way or that without taking your head with you, and certainly it’s the very same in truth within yourself that you are indeed every motion, every breath, interconnected with one another. When you speak a word that is doubtful, when you speak a word that is unkind, it affects the entire mass of the Planet Earth; it affects the entire universe, but in the human form you are all interacting together here.

There is indeed a willingness inside of Self to increase compassion upon the earth, and then my dear friends you affect the entire planet. You’re creating your reality all the time with every thought, every prayer. There is nothing separate whatsoever. So when you pray, you’re really praying to yourself ultimately. For example, you take your hand, and your hand has a desire to touch, so it does and it sends information to the rest of your body that says, “Wow! That feels very nice!” and so you’re sharing the information. There are, if you will, components inside of your body: they each have their own will unto themselves, but there is an even larger Will in terms of the Will of God working through you, through your own will in terms of you the spirit, the soul that you are incarnating here through your free will. How much are you going to be willing to allow for God’s love to be shared upon the planet, and so on and so forth?

It’s vast! It’s huge! Enormous, if you will! It is the experience on the Planet Earth of just one aspect of self here; such as, if you could take one cell of the water in an ocean. It is remarkable: you find everything within that ocean existing in that one cell. But there are the many rather than the few cells collectively having their own experiences. It’s remarkable! It’s much larger than that too, we can assure you. But if we shared much more, you would pop.

It’s really not, you see, for you in your human form to try to figure all that out. You can’t wrap your head around it, as you say here on your earth. Try to figure it out with your mind? You can’t! You can only understand it with your heart through prayer and meditation. And even we do not know the vastness of the Universe! Ultimately, my dear friends, we too are in exploration, enjoying and understanding the new concepts, the new awarenesses: even at times human beings, the characters here in this room today. You share things with us that we’ve never heard before. We did not know what Coca Cola was before we met Summer…God bless you indeed. We tease. But truly, my dear friends, there is always more to learn; even for angels.

How can you ever think that your lives are limited when you suddenly realize that there are as many perspectives and opportunities as there are stars in the heavens? When you realize that, at any moment, you can change your mind, your work, your home—you can do anything you like! All you have to do is set that desire into motion, and absolutely nothing is impossible.
